170 Roehampton

170 Roehampton is a proposed 50-storey rental residential tower at the corner of Roehampton Avenue and Redpath Avenue in Midtown Toronto, designed by Sweeny & Co Architects Inc for Capital Developments in partnership with Metropia. The building will house 599 residential units, including a mix of studio, one-, two-, and larger apartment configurations. Two levels of underground parking are also planned. The architecture features refined materials, strong vertical lines and classic proportions to achieve an elegant, timeless aesthetic. Estimated GFA is 417,500 sq ft, with a grand façade and design curated to enhance the Yonge & Eglinton neighbourhood. Completion is anticipated around 2028.
