CCM was engaged by Dream to manage construction associated with renovations of this 2-storey structure originally constructed in the 1960s, which now hosts boutique office space just steps away from major transit links, connecting it to major cultural hubs such as Kensington Market, Queen West and Trinity Bellwoods Park.
