81-85 Bridgeport Road East is a multi-tower, mixed-use residential development located in Waterloo, ON. The project comprises three towers of 16, 18, and 28 storeys, rising above a shared podium with integrated internal parking. It will feature 553 residential units, ground-level commercial space, and 513 above-grade parking spaces. The structure is a hybrid of cast-in-place concrete and steel with composite decking. Planned amenities include BBQ areas, a pet relief zone, bicycle parking, and tenant storage lockers. The pre-construction phase is complete, with site remediation currently underway. Building construction will be led by CCM.
