929 Queen East is a proposed 9-storey mixed-use rental building designed by Architectural Unfolded for Woodbourne. Located on the southwest corner of Carlaw Avenue and Queen Street East in Toronto’s Leslieville neighborhood, the project will transform the previously housed auto service centre and coffee shop into a transformative development aimed at enhancing the community.
This project is being delivered to LEED Gold certification standards and incorporates a geothermal heating and cooling system, leveraging renewable ground-source energy to reduce energy consumption, lower greenhouse gas emissions, and support long-term building sustainability.
