Sitting under 6 levels of below-grade parking at the WELL campus and excavating to a few meters above sea level. CCM is advising Enwave on the construction and coordination of an approx. 8 million litre tank that will supply the heating and cooling for the Well development. This project has the potential for the expansion of heating and cooling to future developments across western Toronto.
