Colin Macdonald

Colin brings over 14 years of diverse experience in the construction industry, spanning roadworks, curtain wall and cost consulting. He began his career in road construction and later worked as a Project Coordinator in the curtain wall industry before transitioning into Cost Consulting.

In his most recent role, Colin led a team of quantity surveyors, overseeing a broad range of projects including high-rise and low-rise residential, industrial, and commercial developments—ranging from six-figure budgets to projects exceeding $1 billion. Beyond estimating, he also managed the Contract Administration team, providing services such as payment certification, tender analysis, change order evaluation, and cost allocation. Colin is known for his leadership, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering accurate and value-driven results across all phases of project development.
